THE WAYS PREVENTING SUICIDE BEHAVIORS

This is my points about ways to prevent suicide behaviors..
1) Distance from means of suicide
If you are thinking about suicide, you must quickly make or think about the things. For example as a Muslim they have their own way like prayer, recite Al-Quran or many more. From that, person who are getting think about suicide, will distance from suicide behaviors. Also make some activities that can you forget about suicide. Bring that activities with friends or family because it can make you be more happy such as singing, farming, or the other things.

2) Avoid alcohol and other drugs abuse
As we know, taking drugs or alcohol can make someone doing something out from their control. Especially if their taking overdose. It's because with taking hugely, it can make someone did not realize what they do. Alcohol and drugs is a dangerous if not taking properly. Why it be like that because drugs is also a medicine to make our health good but if it was taking overdose, it can harmful in our life. Also alcohol, it same thing with drugs with taking many drinks of alcohol can bring someone doing something out from the control. So, taking this things must have doctor control and take their advice so thinking about suicide will over.

3) Talks or communicate to the other people
With this way, it can avoid people who are getting suicide problem. Whether this people talk about their feelings or about any their topic, it's will reducing their problem. It's because, we are sharing what we was thinking and from that we can be more friendly with societies. We must participant in any event, so it can bring people more happy.

4) Make a good daily schedule
Beside, with making a schedule, we can identify that in our day have a good activities that we can do. It's mean our day is not empty without doing anything. With using schedule we can arrange our time and can be more active so percentage to someone think about suicide is zero. IN your daily schedule don't forget to schedule at least two thirty minutes periods for activities which in the past have given a pleasure such as listening to music, gardening, sewing, cooking, playing games and many more.

5) Face to face counseling
And with face to face counseling also a brilliant way to bring someone out from thinking about suicide behavior. Meeting with the counselor as we know that we are taking their advices and follow what their suggest. In the other way, counselor is a person who is officially learning about psychology and they know how to manage people who want to become a suicidal. Apart from counselor, religious experts also can help a suicidal. For example is Muslim people can meet "Ustaz" to ask about their problem and of course they will help them with giving a good way to prevent them make a wrong behavior such as prayer, zikir and many more.

I agree your point this part. I think is a good idea for ways suicide. okay, after that we can combine own part. Then, we can get ready to prepare presentation.
