assalamualaikum wbt

Hi my freinds... how are you today? I want to say sorry because I do not write or comment this blog because I very buzy last week and then I return hometown this week. Today I would like to share you about suicide. I want to give you about the ways of suicide problems. The way I want to share you is you must be avoid to stress. Stress can make somebody involve suicide. So if you want to handle suicide you must to handle stress. Many factors can make somebody stress such as family conflict, financial problems, learning problems and so on.

How to handle stress?

1. Talk
If you have any problems you must talk and discuss with someone or somebody you trust such as your parents, your best friend, motivation expert and your counselling teacher. May be, they can listen your problem and give you some advice to solve your problem. So, you do not feel tension and stress. So you must be share and change your problems with somebody.

2. Act
If you stress you must try to change stressful situation. You must try to control own feeling in order that you do not feel stress. It is moving forward small way to help you feel control. So the stress will lessen.

3. Socialize
Besides that, you do not afraid associate. You must have good relationship with your family members especially your parents. You can spend time with your family and your friends for love and support. You can make some activity with them for make your happy and you do not think about your problems. So, your stress will be lessen. So, you do not afraid to enjoy yourself.
